The most exciting thing that's happened so far is that we found out we are having a BOY! Our son will make his appearance around November 20. I'm hoping he looks a little like this guy: (both as a little boy and as he is now! :) )
We drove to Colorado to visit my family which was a blast.
Though, on the way home, a deer ran into our car and tore off our right-side mirror and banged up the side. I now am the driver of a very bad-looking car (one that looks as if its owners are VERY reckless drivers) and I feel guilty for some reason - especially when I picture the hospital nurses seeing it pull up for us to load our brand-new baby into in a couple months... Ah well I guess I will have to learn humility.
Lots of other things have happened this summer too! We moved and I met 3 nieces and a nephew for the first time. We've been working on the baby's nursery a lot and I'm excited to share that too. Hopefully, it will be before he is born.
You are pretty cool, yourself, so I hope the baby looks like you. :)
